Ratio and number of crystals will vary from jar to jar and are not counted out individually. 

Jars are filled by weight and contents may vary due to larger crystals weighing much more than the smaller ones. We have taken every precaution to ensure we fill the jars as evenly as possible. We do find that the smaller crystals settle at the bottom of the jar so it is best to empty the entire jar to see exactly what is in them
