COVID-19 Update (Coronavirus):
We are still able to fulfil online orders at this time.
Please note we are following government guidelines to keep us all safe. No one will be working who has any symptoms and there is only one person dispatching orders at a time.
There is a slight delay in dispatching parcels due to adjusted Royal Mail collections. Orders will now be dispatched one day later than they usually would. Royal Mail have also adjusted their delivery guarantees so please be patient during this turbulent time.
How long will my order take to arrive?

Please add BOTH the dispatch time AND the estimated delivery times together to estimate how long your parcel will take to arrive to you.
Orders are dispatched from the UK within 1-2 working days.
UK orders with Royal Mail take between 1-2 working days to arrive once dispatched for TRACKED 24 and 2-3 working days for TRACKED 48. These are Royal Mails time frames, not ours.
International orders normally take between 3-7 working days to arrive once dispatched. America is normally 5-6 working days, and countries (such as Austrailia) that are further away can take up to 10 working days or longer.
How much is shipping?
UK orders cost £3.95 for Royal Mail Tracked 48 and £5.50 for Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Orders to the United States are £10.10 for Royal Mail Tracked and Signed.
All other international orders cost £12.95 to ship and are tracked. Unfortunately, this is just a flat rate for all other countries outside the UK. We cannot offer individual prices for each country at the minute, but we are working on it.
I’ve noticed my shipping address is incorrect, what can I do?

Unfortunately once the order has been dispatched, we cannot change the address and you will be charged for the postage again if you still require your order.
Who pays customs charges?
International customers are responsible for any custom charges they incur. We have no control over these charges and cannot advise you on your countries policies or taxes for receiving goods from another country.

Are your glitters mixed with anything?
No our glitters are loose nail glitter and doesn't include anything else like gel or acrylic in the mix of glitter. You will only find pure glitter in our jars making our glitter suitable to add to your own favourite brand of gel or acrylic. For tips on how to apply nail glitter please click here
Can I return an item?
Yes absolutely. We want you to love our products as much as we do and if you are not entirely happy with any product purchased from us, for any reason, just pop it back in the post, unused and in the same condition you received it. Once we've received it, we will refund you the product cost. Postage for delivery and return is at the customer's cost.
If any product is defective or not as described, then we will pay the costs of delivery to you and returning it to us by Royal Mail.
If you wish to return an item, please inform us within 2 working days of receipt of goods, and return within 10 working days fully insured and either signed for or tracked.
What are your glitters suitable for?
All our glitters are suitable for all nail art application.
The glitters we sell are of high quality and made of polyester flakes. They have been coated with pigments (rather than the dyes used on craft glitter) and are generally solvent and UV resistant. They are non-toxic and meet EU requirements. All our glitters are safe to be worn on the skin but we recommend you keep any glitter away from eyes.
Are your crystals swarovski?
No, our crystals are not swarovski. They are high quality glass crystals that keep their shine for weeks.
